    Use JPG or PNG under 5 MB

    HEIC and TIFF aren't supported in the browser uploader.

    Convert HEIC on iPhone

    Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible, then re-take or re-export.

    Disable VPN or strict ad-blockers

    Some block our upload endpoint and silently fail.

  4. 4

    Try another browser

    Chrome and Safari are best supported. Avoid in-app browsers when possible.
