How to upload a professional profile photo
Pick the right shot and upload it without resizing or format headaches.

Square aspect ratio, at least 800×800 px, ideally 1200×1200 px. Under 5 MB.

Recommended image format
Use JPG or PNG. Avoid HEIC, TIFF, and BMP — the browser uploader does not support them.

Natural daylight beats studio lights. Use a clean, neutral background and keep your eyes centered in the frame.

How to upload
Open your card editor, click the photo placeholder, then drag-and-drop or browse to your file. We auto-crop and optimize on upload.

How to replace photo
Click the existing photo in your editor and choose 'Replace'. Save to push the new photo live.

Troubleshooting upload errors
If the upload fails, refresh the page, disable VPNs or strict ad-blockers, and try a different browser (Chrome or Safari work best).

HEIC / mobile photo issues
On iPhone, go to Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible, then re-take or re-export the photo as JPG before uploading.
