Platform ownership
OneTap Digital Card is owned and powered by Van Tech Systems LLC. For legal inquiries, contact legal@onetap.app.
Agreement
By creating an account or using OneTap Digital Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions with Van Tech Systems LLC, the company that owns and operates the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use OneTap Digital Card for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity, and not to interfere with the security or integrity of the service.
Intellectual property
OneTap Digital Card, including its software, design, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Van Tech Systems LLC. You retain ownership of the content you publish through your card.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Van Tech Systems LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to OneTap Digital Card is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
