Agreement

By creating an account or using OneTap Digital Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions with Van Tech Systems LLC, the company that owns and operates the service.

Payments

OneTap Digital Card is sold as a one-time purchase. You choose a package (Starter $59, Professional $149, or Premium $299 USD) and pay once to activate your digital card. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no automatic renewals.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Local taxes may be added at checkout where applicable.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided your digital card has not yet been published or actively shared. After your card has been activated and made publicly available, the purchase becomes non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at legal@onetap.app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use OneTap Digital Card for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity, and not to interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

Intellectual property

OneTap Digital Card, including its software, design, and brand assets, is the intellectual property of Van Tech Systems LLC. You retain ownership of the content you publish through your card.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Van Tech Systems LLC's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to OneTap Digital Card is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
