Scope
These Terms of Use apply to anyone who accesses OneTap Digital Card, whether or not they hold an account. OneTap Digital Card is operated by Van Tech Systems LLC.
Permitted use
You may browse public cards and marketing pages, create an account, and use the features available to your subscription tier. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, and circumvention of access controls are prohibited.
User content
You are responsible for the content you publish on your card and you confirm you have the rights necessary to publish it. Van Tech Systems LLC may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Service availability
Van Tech Systems LLC works to keep OneTap Digital Card available but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
