    When to contact support

    Reach out for account help, billing questions, integration issues, or anything our guides don't answer.

    How to submit a request

    Go to /support/request, fill out the form with your topic and priority, and click 'Submit Request'.

    What information to include

    Your account email, the URL where you saw the issue, what you expected, what happened, and any error messages.

    Response time

    Most requests get a first reply within one business day. Urgent issues are prioritized.

    How to add screenshots

    Use the file upload field on the request form. PNG, JPG, WebP, or PDF up to 5 MB.
