Fix: My payment did not go through

Card declines almost always come from one of a few causes.

    Check the card

    Confirm number, expiry, CVC, and billing ZIP are correct.

    Approve the 3DS prompt

    Many banks require a one-tap approval in their app. Approve and retry.

    Try another card

    Some prepaid or virtual cards block one-time charges.

    Contact your bank

    If your bank flagged the charge, ask them to whitelist OneTap.
