How to track views and clicks
Read the signals your card sends about every interaction.
- 1
What card views mean
A card view is counted each time someone opens your live card URL. Repeat opens from the same device within 30 minutes are de-duplicated.
- 2
What link clicks mean
Any tap on a link, social icon, phone, email, or booking button is counted as a click. Each link tracks its own count.
- 3
What QR scans mean
QR scans are counted when a visitor lands on your card from the QR redirect URL — this lets you measure offline-to-online activity.
- 4
How to read analytics dashboard
Open Dashboard → Analytics. Switch between cards and time windows (today, 7d, 30d, custom). Drill into events for referrers, devices, and exact links clicked.
- 5
Why numbers may take time to update
Events buffer briefly before showing up. Refresh after 2–5 minutes if you don't see your test view yet.
- 6
How to improve engagement
Lead with a clear CTA, prune dead links, and A/B different job-title wording. Watch which links drive the most taps.
