Fix: My card link is not opening

If your URL leads nowhere, work through these checks.

    Confirm the card is published

    Open the card editor and make sure the Publish toggle is on.

    Re-check the slug

    Card URLs follow /card/{slug}. Custom slugs are case-sensitive.

    Refresh your DNS

    If you set a custom domain, allow up to 24 hours for DNS to propagate.

  4. 4

    Open in a private window

    Rules out cached errors from a previous version of the card.
